About the Artist

This site is to blog about art and to sell some art posted. First let me say that I was a kid when I started doing art. I give the glory to God for any and all gifts He has bestowed on me.
Over the years I have studied with such international giants as Stephen Quiller, Frank Webb, Tony Couch, Tony van Hasselt and others.
Art is an inner language that we all speak and it is a healing balm for the soul.
My greatest moment is when I produce a piece of art and another human being voices, "It took my breath away when I saw it!
God is good in the fact that I am in national and international collections as well as the state of Missouri's permanent collection. I am a juried member of 'Best of Missouri Hands' and a member of several art societies. I have had the pleasure of serving as chair for one international society.
Also I've won regional and state awards along with being published several times. My art is sold through solo shows at Universities etc, CAL gallery, and on line such as here.
My colors are what most people are drawn to along with a sense of light. Light and color are my favorite things to introduce to you. I paint a multitude of genre.
I hope you enjoy my art, tell others, and please purchase a piece for yourself.

Every effort is made to keep these paintings/sketches as close to original color as possible. Due to different monitors you may see it a little different than the original.
Understand that none of art has been retouched with adobe etc. except for sizing etc. to bring you the picture represented here.
All art sold here is original unless stated otherwise. I have an affection for each one as you would a loved one.
I've tried to do all sizes, types of media, and some prints so everyone can afford a piece of art.
Your patronage feeds me and others so I value you choosing one of my pieces.
Most art is without frame or mat unless stated otherwise to save on cost and shipping.
